Three recent projects transformed the Bentley School campus by providing a new gymnasium, classroom building, and student center. The gymnasium totals about 16,000 sf and includes a two-story locker room and fitness center.
The 90' clear span custom
steel roof trusses in the gymnasium are exposed on the interior and cantilever
out both ends to the exterior.
The second level of the
classroom building connects to the fitness center in the gymnasium via an
exterior elevated walkway. Eight classrooms are housed in the new 7,600 sf building.
The new multi-use 4,500 sf student center
was
the final building constructed, enclosing the courtyard created by the three
